Work summary in 2021
On January 20, 2022, Huizhou Shengshi technology research and development center held an annual summary meeting, and made an overview plan for the work in 2022. At the meeting, the work achievements and shortcomings of the previous year were reviewed, with the purpose of promoting the quality and efficiency of future work to a higher level.
At the beginning of the meeting, the main work of the Department in 2021 was summarized and reviewed, and the contributions of the engineers to the R&D center were affirmed. At the same time, the shortcomings in daily work are pointed out. At the meeting, each colleague has 3-5 minutes to express his problems, feelings and ideas found in the past year's work, and put forward his plans and expectations for the new year.

The meeting pointed out that 2021 is the year for us to overcome the difficulties of innovation. The technology R&D center has always adhered to benchmarking with advanced enterprises and innovation driven, and the completion rate of special case R&D has been significantly increased, realizing the transformation from laitu manufacturing to independent R&D. With your unremitting efforts and the cooperation of relevant departments, the technology R&D center has been certified as a municipal engineering R&D center, and its R&D technical strength has been affirmed by experts of the Municipal Bureau of science and technology. It has become the "Huizhou special container engineering technology research center" and has been recognized as a "high-tech enterprise".
More perfect system construction
After continuous improvement, the system construction is more perfect. Nowadays, the design process, project management process, drawing and form management are strictly in accordance with the requirements of the management system to standardize the daily work of the Department.
Strengthen the learning of professional knowledge
Technicians need to strengthen the study of professional knowledge and make their own career planning. Today, with the continuous innovation of science and technology, timely understanding of advanced technology and its application in the research and development of new products are the basis of success.
Often carry out criticism and self-criticism. Through criticism and self-criticism, analyze deficiencies and strive to correct them. Connect with production practice and explore innovative thinking.
Conduct training activities
According to the annual work objectives and responsibilities, our department will implement various tasks to everyone. R&D projects are promoted by division of labor and cooperation, and project team members communicate and discuss with each other to ensure that each project can be completed on time and with high quality. The Department provides technical personnel with opportunities for practical learning, and conducts regular training, exchange and learning within the Department. Thus, the design ability of new technicians is rapidly improved.

At the meeting, we all agreed that in our daily work, we should take every drawing seriously, do everything in detail, learn from each other in the team, and strive to improve our skills, so that our technical level can keep up with the development needs of the company.
The department leaders summarized the work in 2021 and put forward the work plan for 2022. More than 80 R&D projects are planned in 2022, and the completion rate is required to reach more than 90%. We will take the rules and regulations of the company as the criteria, strictly demand ourselves, dare to innovate, and complete the task faster and better!
